Orders

Orders may be placed online at www.mariajosejewelry.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by a sales representative. Most items will ship immediately, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 4-6 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

International Shipping

We currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to outside of the United States. If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at info@mariajosejewelry.com and we will have a sales representative contact you for your purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping fees, duties, and insurance.
